RETURNS POLICY

Our return or exchange policy is within 7 days.

We will always exchange or refund faulty items, but this does not include change-of-mind purchases.

 

You must notify us via email within 7 days of receiving your items if:

- Your item arrives damaged

- There is a fault with your product

We will notify you once we have received your email and accessed the request. If we deem the product to be damaged or faulty we will contact you to arrange either a refund or replacement.

REFUNDS / REPLACEMENTS

Once your return request has been received and accessed we will send you an email to notify you of the next steps - either a refund or a new item will be sent.


If you request a refund a credit will be applied to your credit card or payment method. 

If you request a replacement we will send this within 2 business days of the request.
